An amendment or cancellation must be confirmed back to you by our representative. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after submission, it usually means we have not received it. In this case, please resubmit it.

Online bookings cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your existing Online booking, you can do this online. For online cancellation you will need to input your Confirmation number. If it’s lost then just send the details of your existing Online booking and cancellation request to reservation@art-hotel.ru
You will receive the cancellation confirmation by email.
